Please read the information below before booking your training course.


All fees must be paid in advance unless arranged prior.

General terms:

  • Training Workshops and Assessments will typically proceed once the minimum participant requirement is met. If the numbers fall short, we will offer you the option to transfer your booking to the next available date.

  • To secure your spot, we encourage you to book in early.

  • Please note, if you do not attend a training workshop or assessment without notifying us in advance, the full course fee will apply. Should you need to reschedule, kindly inform us as soon as possible and ideally at least 5 working days before the scheduled date. If notice is given after this period, a 50% minimum fee may be charged

Billing/Fees/Cancellations:

  • All fees must be paid in advance unless arranged prior.
  • We can supply you with a detailed quote and group discounts are available. If you need multiple staff training, give us a call or email to discuss.
  • If you are a recruitment agency or will have ongoing registrations, please give us a call or email to discuss options.
  • We have multiple payment options: Online card payment, Bank transfer or Invoice to Account
  • Cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the commencement of the booked course will be charged a full attendance fee or the trainee may transfer once to the next available appropriate course.

What do I need on the day?

On the day to bring along:

  • For all training, if you have been issued an NZTA ID number please bring this along to the course.
  • For all training, if you are eligible and wish to have the NZQA credits awarded, please bring along your NSN number.

Additionally on the day:

When attending a Non-Practicing course:
  • No need to bring any resources along, these will be provided for you in class.
  • We will provide morning tea and lunch (unless otherwise arranged) so please let us know of any dietary requirements you may have.
When attending a Practical course:
  • Please come dressed or bring along PPE gear. (Recommended: Gloves, Orange vest, Hard hat, Safety glasses, Safety boots).
